The problem with Alex is that she thinks you gain respect by intimidating people!
That was probably the way she was brought up!
Those threats were not for real, of course! Still, it was an appalling behaviour and she deserved the boot!
But I do think she needs to be investigated and I worry she can do harm as she seems to be a wacko.
