Sylvia is a silly girl, no doubt about it! So, if you think she is entertaining, you are probably as silly as her! Don't get me wrong, it is just a phase, everybody goes trhough!
As for a definition for a stalker:
[noun] someone who prowls or sneaks about; usually with unlawful intentions
Sylvia sneaks around people, saying things that are not true, trying to make other people look bad. And she is sexually harassing Stuart, which, in my view, is unlawful!
