I see what you're saying. You think all three of them should be treated equally, since they all stepped in when they shouldn't have. However, unlike Bex & Stuart (who even admitted this later), Mo knew all the facts because Rex had been explaining them in the bedroom. Stuart just blindly jumped to Jen's defence, whilst Bex blindly jumped in to try and stop Mo putting his point across to Dale.
However, I find her to have double standards because she didn't stop anyone else doing so - just Mo. The entire luxury bedroom seemed to have a vendetta against them, because Mo's point could have been perfectly valid if he had been allowed to express it. Instead, Rex was effectively yelled at for apologising, and Mo was spat on for doing what everyone else was doing, and that too in a calm manner. Plus, Bex & Stuart particularly were still being harsh towards Mo even after he had been spat on, potentially thinking it was all right for Dennis to do so!

Of course she wasn't going to stop anyone else since she didn't react before but only when Mo said it was just a painting to Dale. She over reacted I agree, due to alcohol I guess like most of the other housemates.
Also Mo's point wasn't valid anyway, of course it is a painting but it's for the principle: Rex shouldn't have done that but Jen made her act like an old drama queen.
Mo was spat on because he was still trying to tell everyone it was
just a painting. But he didn't understand the problem wasn't there, hence Dennis's reaction, which I don't agree with, but still, I understand why Dennis did it: Mo should have shut up like all of the others.
So Bex is far from being responsible of anything, she was trying to help her friends but not in the best way.
