Lastly, with regards to your last point - I don't see it that way. Bex stepped in without knowing what went on, and just escalated the argument like the others. It was Mo who was trying to help out a friend, which I particularly find admirable since he was the only one to acknowledge Rex's apologies, and was basically up against everyone else besides Rex.

Of course she knew what was going on, she also heard Rex's apologies, as I said, only Jen and Dale didn't care much about them.
Mo wasn't the only one who was aware of Rex's apologies. Don't forget that Rebecca didn't do anything before she reacted at Mohamed then she knew what happened.
If Mohamed was the only one to acknowledge Rex's apologies, why did he feel the need to open his mouth ? He should have left it as it. rex and him should have left after Rex apologised.
