Its hard to say... Kat is my favourite and I believe she is genuine, but I also agree with the others that Rachel isn't... she's just too bland, nice and on the fence... she acts nothing like her VT and reminds me of a kids tv presenter. Like they said you must have an opinion or disagree with SOMETHING. That doesn't mean they want her to be unhappy all the time... just to show her opinions.
