Oh and another point- they always have stupid campaigns saying "stop knifecrime now" when someone has died. It doesn't mean it will actually do anything. A few hundred people walking down the street with a giant banner probably won't be groundbreaking. It might make the culprits feel a little guilty but its not going to put a stop to it. Its the bigger powers that have to do that.
