The RSS feed for the forum is when you click the link next to
at the top of the forum. You can use a feed reader (Internet Explorer and Firefox can read them) to keep up to date with feeds - in this case forum topics.
You must have clicked on and subscribed to the rss feed here before. The reason - I think - that you can see that now in Who's Online is that there is a slight delay in that information now.
