Did switching off the digibox not work then, Glitterbabe? It won't damage Sky - that's what we were told to do by Sky Customer Service Dept. when we couldn't get the 'further programme synopsis' details. After we had switched off, waited for 30 seconds then switched back on, everything was fine.
Alternatively, try taking out your card and putting it back in again.
Apart from that, I don't know what else you could do, apart from ringing Customer Services - they might well be able to help. Good luck.
