Thanks for that article, it was interesting to read.
I actually went out and bought the Helen video yesterday, I haven't really had chance to look at it yet though. I'm still feeling a bit fluey and you're not supposed to exercise when you're not very well - that's my excuse anyway.
So now we know that Helen's contract on Lorraine is till February. I wonder what will happen then. I hope it's extended - she certainly deserves it.
I didn't like the comment at the end of the article about Helen having a 'fling' with Paul - made the relationship sound shallow. Would people who just had a fling have just bought a flat together?
