Best way to get a job is simply perseverance, which it seems your doing now. Keep pushing your CV make sure its realistic and genuine, people who read it will appreciate its sincerity which goes a long way.

Look on the local Job centre website and apply for anything that you feel you could do well and with genuine enthusiasm, this will help you in an interview and people will be able to see you WANT this job rather than will just do it.

A good idea too, is to sign on for as many employment agencies too, these will get you some varied experience in work you can add to a CV aswell as and it all helps convince a permanent employer that you are a reliable and good worker.

Above all you need a bit of luck in these times of 'mini' recsssion but with the perseverance your showing now, you should get what you deserve pretty soon, I hope you do as you seem to care enough about the work ethics and that more than anything will help you a great deal.
