Simply.
I've had an interview with Tesco [through my Father] and they wouldn't take me. Apparently it was an interview on 'personality' and they don't care about qualifications on CVs.
A girl in my year handed her CV to 50 stores and only received 2 replies, both telling her they don't need anyone.
It's impossible here.
