For me, it's just the way that she always leads Maxwell on, then puts him down straight away
Also, She always eggs on any argument - for instance told Maxwell to go and get the wine from Science
Finally, she seems to have Ant, Max and Craig at her feet, using them to her advantage.
However, this is just how I see it!
