No but if I was in a bad mood and somebody made a joke about it or said something negative, I wouldn't say they were in the wrong- I know I'm in the wrong because of my mood!
And if people don't like it, they can always try not to be so aggressive and rude to people just because THEY are having a bad day.
You think yourself into bad moods most of the time, so you can think yourself out of them with a bit of effort, then you won't have to listen to jokes like that
