BB viewers complain about wasted food

Big Brother viewers have complained about the amount of food that is being wasted in the house, The Sun reports.
The complaints come after a series of food fights in the house, just days after PM Gordon Brown urged the public to reduce its food waste.
When Darnell was elected Head of House last week, his presidential breakfast descended into chaos when the group began to throw cereal and milk over one another.
Previously, Bex had cooked a meal of spaghetti and corned beef with the sole intention of throwing it over Rex's head, and in another incident the group wasted an entire week's worth of chick peas in an hour-long food fight.
A Big Brother spokesperson admitted that the show had received 20 complaints regarding food wastage and said: "For the last week housemates have been on a basic shopping budget of a £1 per person a day. Any waste of food will result in them going hungry."
Head of House Darnell was reprimanded for allowing the food fights to take place.
