I don't understand why it's ok to slate thin people for what some call too thin but not fat people?

The thinner girls seem to get attacked just as often- called unhealthy or slagged off for being too thin, when I don't think they are.

I've heard it said about sara and jen. I don't think they were too thin or unhealthly thin??
