I agree with SiaSiaSia, you should learn some basic html at least - there are millions of piczo sites on there, and I know of no successful ones. So that must mean something. Generally the 'free' website builders won't get you many visitors.
Also, you should perhaps not threaten any potential moderators for your site in your first post
Who would you report them to?
Good luck though, you could still get a few visitors with a piczo.
