Did you fry with oil or dry fry?
Next time, if using oil, use some of it to pour over the top of the egg when it's crazy hot. If dry frying, use a lid over the frying pan so the steam cooks the top)
If it's fresh, (like a week old, some undercooked should be ok, unless you're 3<x<70 years or pregnant)
Makes me want a fried egg sandwich.
