The thing is they have changed the voting system before as a twist, so why not do it again.
The could announce the change to the house during the eviction show just to confuse the hell out of the housemates.

I wouldn't want them to change it again as a twist because it would look like the producers are manipulating the voting to get the result they want, which is actually what they would be doing.
I think CBB6 is the perfect opportunity to test it and hopefully then introduce it to BB10
