Rex was really out of order to Rachel. Im not sure if he was trying to warn her about what Bex has been saying but Rex was saying a few horrible things to her. Rachel went off crying in Bblock. Then Rex apologised, and then he reported back to the LBR and Luke was laughing that she cried. How horrible was that?
I feel do sorry for rachel.
