ntl is terrible, i've got it, the browse channels that covers a quarter of the screen at the bottom hardly ever works, and if it does it's normally just now and the next programme that it shows, its ment to show all day though, also the e4 interactive doesn't work, the whole thing just freezes, as does everything interactive thing on ntl including the big tv guide which covers the whole screen - that NEVER works and it's ever since they updated it
so i normally just go upstairs and watch e4 live on my freeview box because it works when you press red there, and it goes onto bb live 24/7
