Allah doesn't mean moon god, I dont know where you get these info from, It would better if you looked at the reliable sources. Allah is an arabic word for God, Pagans used it as moon God.
Again regarding Prophet's marraige to Aisha, what do non-muslim scholars have to say about this, this isn't from biased source.
