I don't think so. He wasn't shown much at the auditions. Just one line: "Freaks, a bunch of freaks." Also I think the wedding task was made much more entertaining with him in there! Personally I think the reason for making him part of it was so that Stephanie would have someone to confide her true feelings in; she couldn't tell them to Mario and Lisa or the other housemates, so it was good for her to be able to tell Luke. As for putting other housemates up, I think it was a necessary move to save the show. Had I been in charge, last week would have been vote to save to keep Bex in. This week would be vote to save as well, because that way one of the more boring housemates (Maysoon, Mohamed) that people don't seem to notice much would go. Also I agree with the decision to put the other housemates up. If the show lost Luke it would lose ratings.
