a chav is a person that drinks alot, takes alot of drugs, wears burberrys, has got alot of children and supports them all using benefits.. they live off nothing else but benefits, destroy people property, beat a random person up as 'fun', think they are better than everyone else.

maxwell isnt those things in the house. and none of us can prove hes like that outside the house, plus the papers havnt even mentioned anything.. so he cant be one.
