Innocent until proven guilty.
I have noticed some people like to see it the other way around though, if there's enough negative stereotypes surrounding the person in question- ie: some think teenagers are guilty of something just because they are teenagers or a black person is more guilty because they are black or people who say that they think someone must have done it because 'he/she looks dodgy' or some other reason that has nothing to do with actual evidence.
