Default Has BB told Jade what the public think of her ?

It seems BB have informed Jade about how negative the people outside feel towards her. It shows BB have broken their own rules yet again. It was the way that the sound was cut for 20mins when jade came out of the diary room and thereafter was cut every time Jade was speaking that made me realise something had happened that BB was hiding. Jade had obviously been crying. She came out of the diary room and went into the bedroom, she started to tell adele that she'd been informed about the outside impression of her... but the sound was cut thereafter whenever jade was speaking.
Can anyone else confirm this ?
