Sara is laughing at Stu's hands. Rex tells her she must have a problem if she can't go without a cigarette. Stu says: "Yeah and couple that with the mental issues."

Sara lies on the sofa next to Stu and asks him if he wants to get under the blanket with her. She says: "I can't concentrate anything because I want a cigarette so bad. I've got a fever." Stu points out that she's wrapped up in a blanket and it's warm.
Lol mental issues, I think she may have some. And cringe at her saying i he wanted to get under the blanket with her. He just looked at her weirdly.
