Default How can I get into competitive swimming?
I used to swim when I was younger for my local club however gave it up at the age of 14.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get back into it at the age of 18. I can only seem to find clubs for juniors competitive swimming rather than adults.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!
