Do the same to him. I just wouldn't like it, and it wouldn't matter because he's the one who made the rule as HoH. However, in Kat's case I can understand why she got annoyed - I would have been even more annoyed if I were her - because she wasn't even the one sleeping! I'm pretty sure it was Sara, which wasn't noticed.

And it must have been even more annoying for Kat since she had explicitly spoken to Mikey beforehand saying she wasn't the one sleeping, yet she still had water thrown over her. Mikey may have found it funny but he was just doing it for the sake of it at that point.
