In the early hours of Saturday, both Anthony and Makosi snogged a topless Orlaith. But the pair then got even closer under the water. Makosi told Vanessa and Kemal: "I need you guys to promise not to talk about it to anybody. I don't want Anthony to know. I could be pregnant."
But Anthony has insisted he did not have sex with Makosi.
A Big Brother spokeswoman last night refused to confirm if Makosi was given a morning-after pill or a pregnancy test. She added: "Anything to do with health matters is confidential. If she is pregnant it would be the first baby conceived on Big Brother."
