I think someone "expressed surprise" when the third nomination came up and the sound got cut, but afterwards, I picked up on the fact that there were four nominations, and it did not take much to work out it was Kate.

Later, Jonny did a mickey take of the announcement and repeated all four names.

Mathematically, what must have happened is that Jade got 5 or 6 nominations, Jonny, Kate and Adele got two each, with the other 2 or 3 divided between Alex, PJ and Tim.

This means that if Adele does not go this week, we may not get another chance, so, for all those out there who hate backstabbing, bitching, hypocrisy and duplicity, get Adele out this week. We'll get another go with Jade very soon!
