A few questions:
1. Why would they turn B-Block into a task room when there's already two?
2. If this twist has been planned since Week One then why leave it until the twelfth week of the series to execute it?
3. How could the smoking ban be lifted at the offices when smoking is completely banned by law in workplaces, and why would it need to be lifted for producers to discuss things?
4. Surely Nicole entering jeopardises that risk anyway?
Also, I think you're attempting to cover your tracks by saying a twist involving Nicole will occur if she isn't evicted, when it's inevitable that she will be evicted and this twist will never come to fruition.
