A simple tutorial:
1. Download a torrent client. I recommend uTorrent:
http://www.utorrent.com
2. Find a 'torrent' file (.torrent)
3. Open it in your torrent client and set the folder you want the attached file(s) to download to
4. The torrent will the file(s)
