Hello, welcome to the fourth and final heat of the ninth Official Banner Competition, with your host, me, Matt
As you know, the 32 banners submitted to the competition have been split, at random, in to four Heats (each with eight banners). Over the next few weeks, you will get to choose your favourite banner from each Heat. The two banners from each Heat that get the most votes will then go into the final, and the banner that get the most votes in the final will be crowned the winner.

Voting Rules
#1. Maximum 2 votes per person. You cannot vote for the same banner twice.
#2. Only votes cast in this thread will be accepted.
#3. Contestants may not vote for themselves.
Do not cheat.
#4. All members with 50 posts or more are eligible to vote.
#5. Users must vote based on the quality of the banners and NOT who may or may not be featured in them.
#5. Voting closes Tuesday 26th August at 6.00pm GMT. Votes cast after this time will not be counted.
