Don't agree. She brings glamour to the show IMO, and I think she's the only straight talking one in the panel. Remember Niki, who went out of tune most nights yet the judges still managed to praise all her performances, except Dannii who actually spoke the truth.
IMO, she definitely serves a purpose, she got two acts in the final last year, she's doing something right.
She's the most hands on mentor aswell, as according to her three acts she was always in tutoring them, especially before the first show when she was apparently in every day, which, considering Sharon didn't see her girls once, is great.
