You don't need to prove he's greedy, we'll accept that as a given, seeing as he's nicknamed "Greedy Mo". Even though it's no big deal him enjoying a bit of food and drink.
So you're just left with this claim that he's hypocritical, to add to your measley list of "greedy, boring and lazy" as good reasons to dislike him. Now the problem here is you've misunderstood the concept of hypocrisy. It's a close call, I'll give you that, but Mo's attitude towards his religion does
not make him a hypocrite, certainly not because of the halal meat issue, and here's why. Mo is an independant thinker who tries to honour his religion, but is intelligent enough to see through it's old fashioned pointless ways. Therefore he uses it's guidance where he sees fit and still allows himself to enjoy certain aspects of life such as smoking, eating pork and drinking alcohol. Now, the reason Mo might request halal chicken or lamb is because these are available to him even within the strict rules of the Islam doctrine - so he refrains from crossing that line. To call him a hypocrite for breaking some rules but not all of them is to misunderstand the situation.
Your theory that he does it to be greedy and get more for himself is something you've dreamt up yourself, therefore void. Often Mo's settled for different meats rather than chicken or lamb seeing as other housemates kick up such a fuss. I believe he even honours the "no beef" rule, too.
