It is a sad indictment on society that some people actually find Rex's personality faults something to admire. He is a tw*t, nothing more, nothing less. And to the OP, he was not 'pretending' to be miserable ... he WAS miserable and all because Lisa had the attetion on her and everyone was happy for her. Her relationship with Mario has shown up Rex's unhealthy relationship with Nicole for what it really is ... a thinly disguised sub/dom travesty.
He is rude, callous, unsocial and spotty. Get him out!
