A honeycomb represents mess and hazardous disorganisation because all of the dots and shapes are misaligned and random. Someone with a phobia of it, doesn't like the idea that they're not in control (subconsciously) and cos all the dots and shapes are not in a specific pattern it is phobic as it seems dangerous.

Some people have a phobia of beans and the explanation is the same, it's because when they're in the can or poured out they're randomly splattered everywhere.

It shows you like to have control in your life and to have things organised.
