By the way, I should clarify that I'm not a fan of Boris Johnson (the Mayor of London, Shadow Home Secretary, Tory MP, newspaper editor and TV presenter who’s rarely out of the national headlines, who’s never “done anything important” and of whom I’ve never heard). I just find it bizarre, cringeworthy and a little scary that one or two of you have never heard of him. As I’ve said before, by admitting that, you’ve revealed unambiguously that you never watch the news or read a newspaper and by not knowing what’s going on, you’re allowing these politicians to con you and get away with murder (literally sometimes!).
