Tbh... its not bullying... its Rex being an ass again.
Just because its Rachel doesn't make it bullying...

He starts petty things because he gets bored. It wuite obvious.. we have been watching it long enough. Its not him bullying...
Bullying would be the the last resort for Rex... he hates bullys and anyone remember why?... he was bullied.. when he dad came out.
I think he is just as insecure as the rest of us but hides it with, "I'm rich, I'm tough, I'm better" nonsense..
