From football stars, actors/actresses, pop stars, to known nobodys who are attached to someone better known...they are all "popular" and given status way and beyong anything they'll have ever contributed to a peaceful and decent world.
Then along comes an every day Thai massuese who simply accepts the terms and conditions of a game show that can make her a celeb, this merely a formality to join a show most of us would love, like her, for the experience and not the glamour.
She goes through with that and simply lives with 15 other people being herself. Her only game plan was to be in the game for the experience and happiness of meeting other similar charectors, and forming friendships, in a real life personality test.
She's done that perfectly happy, dignified and amazingly kind, considerate and loyal to her friends she genuinely loved.
Yet she's greeted with booing, what on earth did she do to warrent that?
Whats wrong with this sick world when people like Kat get booed for being generally nice, kind and helpfull, there is no natural effection left anymore, and people who have it are considered fake, or extrordinary.
Its times like these I'm grateful for cancer, this isnt my world anymore, in my world natural effection was as common as smiling, now it seems smiling and happiness is only permitted in public for seeing someone else suffer, and any other use of it is frowned on or considered suspiciously.
It's a world I wont miss at all, and its times like these I sympathise with those that have a long future in this world today.

Brilliant post. I wouldn't say the world was sick but you hit the nail on the head with the whole situation
