Oh it's hard to explain. For example unpopular people, more geeky people in school and stuff would often get called a 'ming' or if you said something that's considered to be against what other people say then you are 'a ming for saying it' ... just daft stuff really, I don't think whoever came up with it give it too much thought to be honest LOL.
