I have porridge, a promax bar and fruit for breakfast.
A ham sandwich (Brown bread) mid morning.
1 Chicken/spinach Sandwich, 1 Tuna sandwich, some soya yogurt for lunch.
Before exercise a protein shake. 1 hour hard exercise, sometimes a bit more when I can be bothered to cross-train or go for a run (I'm bad at doing that lately

) A protein shake after exercise.
Early dinner of chicken/steak/any meat, usually with wholemeal spaghetti or brown rice.
Evening I have half a tub of cottage cheese with rivita crackers, a mug full of nuts and some more fruit.
Late evening I have a peanut butter sandwich.
Before bed I have a protein shake (with milk instead if water)
Protein shakes are really adding up £ wise, I seem to go through a tub of those in no time. Oh well
