A lot of people cannot handle positive character traits, probably because they lack them themselves. Bully's lackeys copy what the bullies (Rex) say. Rachel is a normal nice girl. Simple as that. Doesn't make her boring. But 'boring' is an easy word for unimaginative people to use, or people who love to be bully's lackeys.
