I find it very hard to choose a winner for tonight.
Sara - Has annoyed me, made me cringe, but I also like her when she's not trying so hard.
Rachel - Didn't make a great deal of impact on me until a lot of the larger (and more unpleasent) characters left, but I don't think her kind heart and relentless goodness is something to be mocked or doubted, she hasn't been the most entertaining but I still think I would like her to win, goodness should be rewarded in life.
Rex - I have both enjoyed and hated. He has his kind moments, mostly overwelmed by his unkind ones. It took me a long time to see that sarcasm is his version of humour but sometimes, a lot of the time, it cuts too close to the bone and is uncomfortable. I do mostly like him but for these reasons I don't think he deserves to win, plus he hardly needs the money does he?
Darnel - I like him inspite of himself, he has provided a lot of the entertainment in the house, but he needs to learn not to be so self focused and show a litlle more empathy for others. I think he has almost consiously sabotaged himself.
Mikey - For most of the series I couldn't stand him, his voice drove me nuts, his table manners are appalling (blindness is no excuse), and he can be crude and somewhat pervy. Having said all that, he has also grown on me, he is honest, stands up for what he believes in and has truely enjoyed the big brother experience for what it is, rather than an end goal.
I don't think any of them will come out to the reception Lisa had, I think all of them will receive some boos in with the cheers but I'm mostly happy with the final five and am looking forward to tonight whatever happens, I kind of like that it is unpredictable. I will miss it when it's over.
