They were allowed to watch the show before they went in. Kinga kept saying how much she loved Makosi and Kemal, and that was before Makosi discovered them. Also, Orlaith was still modelling just a week before she entered the house, so I don't see how they could have stopped her watching the show. When Kinga was talking about it in the secret garden (and it was clear that Kinga had been glued to the show), Orlaith said that she hadn't been watching it that much, which indicates to me that she could have watched it if she wanted to.
