It's not, but it certainly seems that it is coming back.
Davina has said in a few TV interviews that it is the producers' intentions to bring CBB back. In addition, The Guardian - a hell of a lot more reliable than any tabloid - have suggested it will return, citing financial issues as one of the reasons (read their article
here).
A few tabloids have also picked up on the story.
Otherwise, there is no official confirmation from 4/Endemol yet.
