It sounds awful, but that was two months ago and I STILL haven't gained any more weight after I've lost it and atm I'm eating so unhealthily :P
Also, I agree with Melanie about swimming.. when I was 12 I was a swimmer and stuff and it's completley ****** up my body, especially my calves which - though are solid muscle, are so bl***y ENORMOUS in relation to my ankles :|

really?mine are too!ive got really skinny ankles and then my calf muscles are massive!a stone in 2 weeks is very impressive but that diet sounds so difficult,i dont eat veg so its a bit unrealistic for me
