tommorrow i'm going to have a healthy lunch and try and have at least 4 pieces of fruit/veg and also no soft drinks

I didn't complete my goal of yesterday, of having my 5 a day but i improved by having 3

. Tommorrow I'm going to have 4 at least, and also have no fizzy drinks and I'll have a healthier lunch.
