How can you tell if something is in the perfect or the present??

My homework lol.
Perfect tense is in the past tense.
You notice it by a form of haben/sein being the second idea (second word of a sentence) and it having a past participle (usally something like ge-something)

For example:

Ich gehe ins Schule (I go to school: present tense)
Ich bin in die Schule gefahren (I WENT to school: past/perfect tense)

Your a life saver Sia

My German teacher is good but she rushes things and confuses everyone And i didnt really understand it

LOL.

Thanks again
It's okay
Do you understand that then?
You can go through anything else if you want, or whatever/whenever!
xxx
