i used to smoke prob getting close to 5 years ago now and gave up by pure willpower (was very hard though as my ex was a smoker) but i still have days even now where i really crave one and if i walk past someone smoking i just want to wrestle it off them

i would try the nhs stop smoking thing cos they give you pointers and can help you decide best route although be careful cos my stepdad gave up smoking but is now just as addicted to the lozange things you can get
